This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Nevada 211 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects the information obtained from users of https://Nevada211.org/ (”website”) and our mobile applications (“Apps”)

At Nevada 211, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document explains the types of information that Nevada 211 collects and records, as well as how we use this information.

LOG FILES

Nevada 211 follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

ADVERTISING PARTNERS PRIVACY POLICIES

You may consult this list to find the Privacy Policy for each of the advertising partners of Nevada 211.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Nevada 211, which are sent directly to users’ browsers. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Applicability and Intended Users

The Nevada 211 Youth App is intended for use by children aged 12-18. By using this app, you confirm that you are within this age range or have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to use the App.

Information Collection
We may collect the following types of information from children using the App:

  • Device Information: device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
  • Usage Data: data related to the child’s interactions and usage of the App, including button and screen clicks.

Purpose of Information Collection
We collect children’s information to:

  • Improve App Experience: the collected information helps us enhance the functionality, features, and user experience of the App.
  • Provide Personalized Content: the information allows us to deliver tailored content, recommendations, or suggestions to children within the App.

Our App may utilize third-party services or ad networks to support its functionality and serve age-appropriate advertisements. These services or networks may collect and process children’s information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable regulations.
